Installation Instructions

Step 1:

Remove Door Panels

Remove Door Pulls from doors (2 )T27 from back side

 

Step 2:

Install skin where "square" knotched leather is lined up w/ pin

Step 3:

Place adhesive on both the leather and the door pull side, allow to tack for a miniute and press down. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Continue to work one side at a time and minimal trimming is necessary (be careful not to trim any of the sewn portions).  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Take a small hammer and "flatten" the leather and sides as much as you can, it is a very tight fit

 

 

Repeat on other side but be careful not to damage the pin when "flattenig" the non-pin side.

 

Step 4:

Reinstall Door Pulls, may need to "tuck" edges w/ a butter knife (be careful not to damage door panel).  It is a tight fit...  Allow to setup for an hour.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

Reinstall the T27 screws from the backside.

Completed door panel.

Step 5:

Reinstall door panel in car.

  

 

 
Step 8:

You are finished.
